傳感器
磁性傳感器(可選) 通過活塞上的一個(gè)磁鐵檢測出操作位置。因此，大量的磁性材料和強(qiáng)烈的磁場可能會造成傳感問題。
The operating position is detected by proximity magnetic sensors
(optional) through a magnet p1aced on the piston.
Therefore，小型旋轉(zhuǎn)裝置， avoid using the gripper in the vicinity of intense
magnetic ffelds or near a large mass of ferromagnetic material
as this may cause detection errors.
夾具訂制
AGG可在機(jī)械手和模具間提供精i準(zhǔn)的中心。
注塑模具內(nèi)金屬嵌件安放時(shí)尤其要注意這一點(diǎn)。
夾具AGG...B 安裝在EOAT上，鋼管 AGG...C 安裝在模具上。
一旦機(jī)械手向模具靠近，夾具在壓力的作用下逐步向鋼管靠近，
并與之接觸。
AGG21-B 和 AGG30-B 采用的是雙動作安全彈簧，確保在壓縮空
氣 (NC)缺失時(shí)設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)行。
AGG19-B 采用的是單動作復(fù)位彈簧(NO)。
Gripper for engagement
The AGG is used to provide a precise centering between the robot
and the mould.
This necessary when metal inserts must be p1aced in the

The gripper AGG…-B is fitted on the EOAT， while the steel bushing
AGG…-C is fitted on the mould.

AGG21-B and AGG30-B are double-acting with a safety spring to
keep the gripper engaged even without compressed air (NC).
